This experience provided me with a strong understanding of how radio programmes are planned, produced, and delivered to air. It also gave me the opportunity to see how teams collaborate under time pressure to produce engaging and high-quality content.
In addition to developing practical skills, the placement strengthened my communication, organisation, and teamwork abilities. It also gave me greater confidence in working within a professional environment and adapting to new challenges.
